Kamran Ali Afzal

A career civil servant, Kamran Ali Afzal has held a range of administrative and policymaking positions over the past thirty years, including assignments with the provincial governments of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, the Federal Government, and the Prime Minister's Office.

His alma maters include: Aitchison College, Lahore, where he completed his O and A-Levels; Government College, Lahore, where he studied for his bachelor's and master's degrees in economics; and the University of Melbourne, from where he received a master's in public policy and management, and later a PhD in political economy.
