If you have been thinking sometimes that it was a cluster of information on Google maps due to names appearing in more than one language then with recent announcement for Google maps makes the display lot tidier with single language display. This update was announced on Google Lat-Long blog recently and in results the Google Maps now appear in default single-language as per user selection made in account settings. Google MapUp Karachi was held on 10th June 2011 at Institute of Business Administration (IBA). This event was the third and last event in the series of MapUp events organised by Google Map Maker community team and Advocates for Pakistan. More than 45 individuals from different field of professions joined to learn the basics and some of them shared their experience of mapping at Google Map Maker.
